Our Approach to Therapy
Helping Children Heal Through the Power of Play
Children don't always have the words to explain what they're feeling or what they've experienced. Play therapy gives children a way to communicate, process emotions, and work through difficult experiences in a way that feels natural and safe.
Family-Centered
Parents and caregivers are an important part of the therapeutic process. When appropriate, caregiver and family therapy are incorporated into the treatment to help support a child's progress both in and outside of therapy.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a specialized therapeutic approach for treating PTSD and trauma. This evidence-based treatment may be incorporated when appropriate based on the individual needs of the client.
